lets all take this **** seriously and get this going!!!!!!!! [/B]

I agree with that, you gotta keep the crowd into it with a good anouncer. that and they'll watch any comp as long as its hyped up enough. and the best thing about more competitions means people who are better at doing endos than circles and no handers have a chance to win. just a thought.

I like the longest endo, if it is a group of people that can actually do them well and long, but as for viewers at home, it would be like "outsiders" (people not familiar with stunting) watching a group of 12 o'clockers. We, the stunters, can appriciate it and maybe even watch for hours, but outsiders would loose interest after about 5 or 6 riders.
I think sickest trick for sure and freestyle.

crowds
Having a good announcer is definately a must, but having someone who knows how to run an event is even more important. Down time absolutely KILLS the crowd. Its gotta be quick....one rider after another, all day long.

In fact
Why do we have competitions at all??? People talk about payouts.....but then again its the same guys taking home the money every time anyway....look at ths XSBA....I have competed in that about 6 times now....and I only took home money once. Because Dan, Chauncey, Thew and Teach werent there that time!!!
As far as the crowd goes, they dont give a rats *ss who wins...they just want to see stunts!
Last weekend we went up to Maine and did an exhibition with the Vertical Outlaws. We just rode all day and then they introduced each team and let them ride for approx. 15 minutes each. Then we had informal (and quick for that matter) stoppie and slow wheelie comps. The 3,000+ crowd loved it....and the riders all had a blast!!!!
Its nice to take home a few hundred $ but honestly I never bank on doing so.......so going to a non-paid exhibition was (in my opinion) more fun than th eones that I got paid to do.
Just my 2 cents
