Contact www.Americansportbike.com They used to sell the kits but they were expensive. I know vortex makes the sprockets for the Buells but you will need the tensioner with the gear on it.

Vortex makes a kit....call em and c the details. My buddy was gunna do it but its pretty expensive.....i heard they dont make the 74 teeth that they usually run on em....

I did that on my '99 Cyclone when my belt broke. Cost me about $350 to do it but it was way worth it considering all the trouble you have to go through to change a belt. Much safer too, i had a rock get between my belt and pulley and it snapped. Im about to get a lightning and thats going to be one of the first things I do.

The Lightenings are fun bikes but no good for tall guys like me.
