636 w/ dirt pegs

Who's running dirt bike pegs on their 636? I want to try it out...but there are quite a few options on pegs. I'm concerned about mounting angles and pin hole diameters.

Then all you will need is db bars and dirt tires and you could ride Durham town again.

Re: 636 w/ dirt pegs

I put KFX 250 pegs on mine about 2 months ago along with HHD rearsets and love it! Had to do a little grinding to thin out the mount and step up the hole for the pin to fit. No more breaking pegs and a heck of a platform with grip to use! Only down fall is that it tears up your shoes pretty quick....

Re: 636 w/ dirt pegs

I had cut down Crf450 pegs on my F4i. Just have to cut down the stops a little to get the pegs to sit level.

Re: 636 w/ dirt pegs

I ordered some yamaha 250 pegs from ebay for cheap. We'll see how it goes. I know they are death to the shins......but I've never hit my shins on my pegs.

I wish I knew the 50 pegs work....they're all over ebay.
