Re: Problems with HAI

Yes HAI shipping has slowed

But in their defense it's not always their fault. I've noticed from the shipping labels on the last few things I've order from HAI that parts get shipped from all over US since HAI doesn't stock parts.

What happens is HAI orders your parts, parts get shipped to HAI (usually where delay occurs), then HAi ships them to you.

If you ordered custom sized vortex sprockets those take forever to get

Re: Problems with HAI

Mark will take care of u, he will, i ordered 1200 worth of stuff from them this summer and some came fast and others didnt, shipping time does depend on what you ordered, i ordered everything i needed to stunt bc i set up a new stunt bike and i got something in 3 days like a week and then in like 3 weeks, but it just depends.

Re: Problems with HAI

I didnt order anything crazy, I only orderd a 54t sprocket amd the other stuff I mentioned. Im just feinding to get on this setup. I should have called first, If I had known they would be drop shipping the stuff I would have went local. But I figured he had this kind of stuff in stock. Oh well, Im sure Ill be happy as soon as it comes in, Im just impatient by nature lol. Thanks for the input

Re: Problems with HAI

yah I ordered an easy pull and it says same thing about being shipped soon. and its been like 5 days now and nothing... not even an update. I thought HAI was some great stunt store? I was better off going ebay, I went with HAI because they arent tooo far away. Ohwell.

Re: Problems with HAI

Try ordering from uk then over two months now, loads of emails and a few phone calls and I still only got half the order. I know a lot of people this side of the pond won't deal with them for that reason. Shame really, if they emailed with updates/explanations or gave you the option to cancel(all or part) people would not get pissed of as much.
