I went really simple, clip ons on top drop your forks a lil bit, tanks are super easy to dent. i went 58 in the rear a lil crazy for streets 80mph is about 7k in 6th. jardine pipe cut down 12in, tear drop setup, 16x19 brembo and steel lines. and a round bar. I had db bars when i first built it, just left overs from my 929. They are great strait line bikes very stable. Rock stoppies all day. Ive been battling circles for a min real touchy throttle, and you can only idle up to 2,000 maybe 2,200 or you get a false idle(in neuttal your good once you put it in gear with the cluth disengaged it will just climb so any circles when your playin the clutch like a fiddle it gets difficult). Watch your temp!!!!! they get hot fast extra 1/2 qt of oil will help and engine ice. wire your fan constant that will help as well. I went right 2 my headlight wirs. If you do you will find the fan generates enough power 2 keep the bike at idle for a few seconds even if the key is out like a turbo timer. ive built 3 929's ans 2 954's any questions hit me up.

as long as you run a steering damper it doesn´t matter what kind of steering bearings you use
