After we were heading home from the Squidwheelies show. We were on hwy 55. Heading towards Paynesville. Looked in my mirror an saw my friend rolling on the road.We were going 60mph. Bike was sliding into the other lane. I thought the car behind him was going to run him over. It was the worst feeling i have ever had.
Friend hit his head pretty hard. but got up an got himself into the ditch.

Ended up gettin back up an riding the bike home. nothing really broken on the bike. just a lot of plastic was shaved off.

He got some roadrash, messed up his knee pretty good.

Just Glad he made it, an was messed up.

no, im uploading the picks right now. he only had a helmet on. only had his bike for about a week.

he said he was comming up to me to fast an grabbed his front brake an it slid out. an all i saw was him rolling an the bike sliding.

60? I wrecked going 55 with a cage and my **** was 10x worse than that. bike flipped and ****. same crash too...front locked up and slid. anyway, he got real lucky just like I did that no one was behind him. heal up

 

Glad to see he is ok, I crashed at that speed and it looked like a damn nascar wreck, **** every where! Road rash is the worst!!

In the summer time it's easy to forget/not want to wear all that gear isn't it? One spill like this is all it takes to make you remember too. Glad your friends okay and looks like he did get lucky not doing a lot worse.

 

damn hope he heals quick... and he should be thanking god that it didnt get worse, i crashed doing 20mph wheelie on highway and totaled my bike and road rash on both arms legs and hips... that **** was just unlucky plus i almost got ran over by a truck ... so like I said he's lucky.... feel better dude... neosporin+pain reliever does the trick

 

right on dude... after u sweat and nothing happens ppl just tend to leave the gear behind untill that day they get fucked up they think about it....

 

yea man, after seeing that i dont think ill go anywhere without a jacket an stuff. just proves that at any pt an time. something can happen.
