ok so lets see the statistics on how everyone learned how to wheelie, find bp, idle etc. and what they started doing first, and what they do most often now..

throttle or clutch?

for me id say back when i was into throttlin it back in the day it was pow pow's. i've found bp easier with the clutch. i rarely ever throttle it, 99.9% is all clutch wheelies for me

lol me neither. and i was squiidin it all by myself in the lots cause i never wanted to join "real stunters in the lots" i would just make myself look stupid. but i still never got hurt . its probably cause we were extra careful

learned 2nd gear clutch ups. worked up to staggards. went to 3rd gear highway staggards. now learning to catch idle and slow it down.

nice, skipped 1st gear clutch and straight to 2nd.
wish i learned that way but then again you probably had some local stunters to train with

im with you on that bro, throttlin for me was just a way to get used to gettin it up. like a old man with erectile dysfunction. but its all clutch for me. i dont think no body popps throttle in here

nah I learned playing in the street. the 636 has always been pretty close to stock geared, -1,+2. I've had a nasty wrist injury (bmx) since I bought a sport bike and a few years ago finally had a bone graft to get it fixed. when I was learning clutch ups, 1st gear stuff came up too violent and fucked with the wrist. so I learned to clutch up while rolling 2nd. learning the slow stuff is a lot more challenging.

was it your right wrist that fucked? my right was fucked off too but not as bad as yours. maybe you need a numb throttle bro. let the thumb do all the work rather than snapping your wrist
