Pushed out clip-ons?

If I cut the tabs on the clip-ons to push them out I will only be able to move them about 3/4's of an inch before my brake fluid resevior hits the upper. Is it even worth it to do this considering the limited amount of movment I will acheive?

Re: Pushed out clip-ons?

Move the resevior and even 3/4 of a inch is better then nothing. I don't like mine pushed out so they are straight across. I just have them flipped and turned out a little bit.

+1.......the taller you are, the straighter you'll want 'em. I actually like mine pushed out a little PAST fully straight.......puts the grips at a PERFECT angle for SS.

Re: Pushed out clip-ons?

What about the ho hey 15CC Brembo remote 45 degree resevior? Will that give me more room and work well? Looks like it. . .or is that for a HB set-up only?

Re: Pushed out clip-ons?

It does have a rubber hose coming out of the side at a 45 degree angle.
