ok so i have an 03 636 and everytime i turn the idle up to 5g for sitdowns after 5 mins it overheats and pisses anifreeze any reason why? and maybe a way to prevent it?

 

5000 rpm for sitdowns.WTF man,turn your f-n idle down,problem solved.or just wire your fan to stay on,and do cool down laps.

 

definatly turn your idle down. thats way too high. and wire your fan to come on when the key is on. basicly what the post above says.

well im trying to learn 1 handers and im a brake ***** so ya i suck at life but ill wire the fan, my buddie said the 636 just overheat alot so i didnt know if thier was a problem

 

-1 water wetter does absolutely nothing,I've tried every trick in the book,and every product they make to try to keep my bikes cool,the only thing that makes a signifcant difference is simply just getting more cool air to pull through the cooling fins of your radiator.

 

so engine ice wont help? might sound stupid but everyone told me it would... im no mechanic just trying to learn to stunt

 

05-06-07 R6 fans move alot of air and are pretty compact,I fit 2 of em on my f4i,when they both worked my bike stayed really cool,now one is broke so it's runnin kinda warm.

 

I used it and so have many people I ride with,and none of us saw any drop in temp.I will never waste money on that **** again,go ahead and try it but I doubt It'll help you.

I filled my radiator with engine ice and a bottle of watter wetter,which was pretty expensive,and had not even a 2 degree drop in temp,the fans made a huge difference

 

r u ****** dumb or wha , wetter fluid or engine ice helps to recude and keep the rad more cooler..i ve done this many time and it works ! do the fukin search son

I pay very close attention to how hot it is outside and how hot my bike is runnin,then compare the difference with reg coolant vs. engine ice w/water wetter,NO difference jack ****,you prob rode on a day when it was 95 degrees out then put that **** in and rode on a 70degree day and said "wow a 25 degree drop in temp,this stuff is amazing"**** off *******,I have forgot more about bikes than you will ever learn in your stupid lifetime.shut the **** up,nobody likes you.
