636 -04 or -08? Which is best for stunt out Kawasaki zx6r -04 or -08?
Which should I choose out of these two of the same price?
It is always nice with a newer bike. But I have heard that 08 is weak at low speeds, right?
To 08 are only race caps.
To 04, there is all originalparts

the choice is pretty much yours cuz there both awsome bikes! The 636 will take more abuse than the 6r will. The 6r also has low motor mounts that need to be reinforced becuase they break if you hit the ground hard.....if your startin out id go with the 636.....But if youve been ridin for a while, i would def go with the 08
And as for the low power on the 08....sprockets will make it good enough to pull up..

i have both. 03 636 +10 in the rear and 07 zx6r + 20 in the rear...
i prefer the 03 all day.

my brother has an 07 and hes -1,+14.....He put the power commander in it...its a hell of alot better! I rode it before and after he did it...but i never had a prob with the bike other than the extremely crisp throttle response

Same price? Go '08, and keep it street fighter, then you don't have to worry about plastics. Then when you're done beating the **** out of it, buy some plastics for it and sell it for way more than the '04.

Also they have issues being streetfightered because of the ram air running through the frame the way it does. Plus not only do you have all the wiring harnesses but the funky looking ram air out there like a unicorn

I would keep the upper on it. thats not a bike to run sf. U would have to throw the cpu and everything up under the gas tank where there is to much heat for all of it. Its front heavy so use it to your advantage, thats why they endo so nice. Plus it look 100000x better

04 636 all day. i had an 07 zx6r and they are poop.
my buddy got two brand new 08 zx6rs given to him and he tells me everytime he calls me that he wants his 636 back.

Thats the dumbest thing ive ever heard, all kawi's 03 and up have that, and the ram air in the center has no effect on it being SF out.
