Anyone got any idea where this ****** is located? I need to find a copy of the service manual. I couldn't find anything in search.

 

Its located in between the main and passenger seat under the plastics. You will have to remove the tail plastics to get to it. Its a rubber fixture and the top of it will say "UP". That is your tip over sensor. If you got anymore questions hit me up....I pretty much rebuilt my 08 gsxr 600 twice

 

Is it in the same spot on an 07?

 

Never looked for it on an 06/07 gsxr but they are pretty much identical as the 08/09 so yeah i believe they are in the same place and again it should say "UP".

 

doesn't every tip over sensor say up on it. That's how Ive always found them

 

I believe they do but im only familiar with gsxr and my zx project...

 

I know that R1'a and r6's are the same way. Just trying to help out.
