I'm gonna weld it back and brace the **** out of it. Then I'm cutting everything down to back seat and get rid of that heavy *** stock exhaust. It pulls so good with stock pipe though

that was the best thing, once I got rid of that stock exhaust anytime I hit it just wiggles the slip on

Very true on the pull with the stock pipe.

BUT, you get used to it very fast.

I noticed less engine braking when I swichted to my Micron titanium exhaust.

Few days ago I took the fairings off and went one toth down in the front. And DAAAAAMN I love my bike now. Just need to cut down the exhaust and tail and its good to go

Re: 05-06 636 sub bracing

You do know that all you are doing is transferring the point of where the sub will brake further forward It will still brake. At least thats what I think will happen but let us all know. And if that does not work www.C4-revolutions.com has the best sub out there.

Re: 05-06 636 sub bracing

Well, that was kind of the point...to move the force forward from that weak cast section on the end. I would think the force distributes equally to all of those bolted connections which are connected to the square tubing but im no structural engineer so lol.
