i just installed mine onto the frame, and im havin trouble with the tray,
do you have to hack the end off the tray? how does the the end tray mount then? if it doesnt mount on the end of the subframe like the stock one ?

its the weekend, just wonderin if anyone else had one and what they did

 

its simple, theres 2 parts the battery/electronics tray on the 05 636
the end piece mounts to the stock subframe at the back, on the sick subframe theres no spot for it to mount and it doesnt fit up into the subframe like it did with the stock one, so im guesing i gotta hack it up some what? just wonderin how others went about it

 

yup , more likely you will have to hack it up but yet i suggest you to wait till on monday and check out with ian ...you probably got wrong subframe ....who knows.

 

Yes you have to hack it.

 

Yes it has to be cut off. In order to have the lower support bar of the subframe extend all the way back, You have to cut off the end of the tray.
