i just started learning power wheelies in first, then i started slipping the clutch and it seems to work, you dont need much gas when you slip it, youre in first, be careful not to loop it

Re: Help a Young Squid Out?

in my opinion a fifty just teaches you brake control but you just have to practice bro and on that f2 some gearing would def help get a sprocket and cage i would wait on the HB that just something else for you to think about and make it harder for you and possibly more crashing but never give up

Re: Help a Young Squid Out?

I feel the 50's just teach you bad habits. If you can rock the big bikes, then you can always go down to a 50. Why waste valuable seat time learning on a kids bike when the goal is to ride the big bike? I never got that concept.
Take the money that you would use for a 50 and get a good set of gear. You have to figure out if you want a lot bike or a street/stunt set up. Don't bother with the HB till you get the foot brake down. IMO you can learn the HB after you master the FB fairly quickly, but I've seen riders that can rock the HB O's have issues going back and trying to learn FB combo's and O's.....
