750 or 900?

Just sold my 03 bronze/black gix 1k so I could buy a bike to beat up on. Which bike should I go after Gix 750 or CBR 900 or 929. People are still way too proud of the 01 1k's or I'd get another one of those. Any and all input is appreciated.

What up Nags? You probably don't remember who I am but I'm the tall guy with Hardnox. Saw you at Road Atlanta and in Tampa. I would have loved to keep the Canadian beast but it was just too dang pretty to toss on the asphalt repeatedly so I sold it to buy a stunt bike. So you think a 929 is the bike huh? I think im leanin' that way just lookin for a lil' input. Thanks bro.

Just my opinion, but I think buying a new bike for a stunt bike would be a dumb idea. Especially since there arent many spare parts around.

Whats up? I never forget a face.

I LOVE my 900. But it's a bit heavy and big. 929 is light, easy to throw around, and fuel injected. It doesn't get much better. And I hate 954's for stunting.

However, I am in LOVE with the gixxer you had. I'd give up both my bikes for one

I will say the 750 or the 929 ........You need to ride each one to see which one you like better.........They both will work like a champ..........Come out to the spot next time .......929's and 750's are there and we will let you ride two of each........

Gregg you da man! That has been my plan for about the past two weeks just hasn't worked out yet for me to make it out there when one of my buddies was out there to ride his machine. I appreciate the offer bro you guys are freakin' awesome. By the way Nags, quit bringin' up the 03' I absolutely loved it but just couldn't bring myself to stunt it. Everytime you remind me of its sweetness is like salt in the wounds.

Hey, what is up with the 954??? Are they really much different than the 929??? Just curious as to why you don't like them.

Just be sure and ride more than one of each.............I have rode a lot of 929's and Gsxr's some I loved and some I hated........ Just like the 50's they might be the same but each one seems to be different.........this holds even more true if the bike has been down or there have been any mods.........

Oh yeah fix your profile................

Righto Gregman! I have also noticed this throughout the years. I am probably not going to buy a beater though. Probably buy something that has been decently maintained and beat it up myself.

I'd love to get a 929 but I can't find one cheap enough. I have a hard time paying more than 5 grand or so for something I'm going to give such outrageous punishment.
