clutch issues

i just got a new oem clutch installed on a 05 636....springs,pull pin,even new clutch cable....i had the valves adjusted also...the bike runs great when im riding but when i clutch it up it boggs down. help anyone!!!

the clutch is adjusted all the way out at the case and at perch....its a new clutch only has 300 miles....its the only way i can get the clutch to engage.

sounds like something was installed wrong or the clutch "stack height" is off

if the bike is bogging, it wouldn't be a clutch problem

if the clutch was slipping the bike would rev up high but not accelerate fast

hit a rolling burnout. if everything goes ok on that then its not the clutch, in fact it wont be the valves either. if it bogs, in fact, if you got your valves adjusted go back to them and complain cus it's gonna be in there.

download a shop manual, get a torque wrench and next time throw the clutch in yourself!
