Suzuki radial will not be spongy. Ever. They're hard.

I'm runnin a 06 fixxer 750 radial master for my hb,with no air in the line,it only moves bout 1/2"from the resting point to max pull, the setting # will not effect the levers travel,if it travels 1" on setting#1 it will still travel 1" on setting #6(unless your hitting the bar).Do you got steel braided lines?

your wrong my friend. i use to ride a gsxr and ive got gsxr masters for my front and hb on my kawi. on number one its perfect for the hb but on the front brake i run it on 3 bc it is way too touchy on 1, basically its just the slack in the piston. putting the adjuster on 6 puts alot more slack on the piston which will allow you to pull the lever alot further before it starts to lock up.
