I am just curious if he ever directly passed on his skills through riding with anyone else we may have heard of? Or was any of the old school generation directly inspired by perhaps attending one of his events? Or have we just found these old videos on youtube and crediting him because he was, chronologically, the first?

Yeah hes definitely an OG in the sport and I dont think he had ever gotten the credit he deserved. Probably because he didnt have the money to promote himself like those Evil Knievel homos and the other generic dare devils.
