no doubt the cop was being a dick but if there is public access you are held to the same laws as if you were driving down the street , now if the judge rides a bike he may throw it out but if he has ever been passed on the highway by some squid doing a 90 mph pow pow on a bike with no muffler you may end up worse off ...lol
