I know a lot of tthese models blow ***, but I ran into this bike at a local shop and it caught my eye cuz it was all set up for motard.

What's your opinion on this

I've ridden two. Little underpowered but they're bulletproof. Perfect for around town. One of those bikes that's just fun to ride, comfortable, forgiving. Parks, arroyos, everything becomes a road.

 

dad had the 08 dual sport version and it was a hell of a ride. underpowered but fun as hell. bulletproof and easy to maintain.

 

try to buy one used, alot of people buy them and sell them cuz they get bored cause they cant stunt

 

i think street legal supermotos are SICK!!!!!
i wish my supermoto was street legal

i like the wr250, but have heard good things about the dzr4000

Why hook some thing up, when some thing else all ready is hooked up.

If I got that all I need is a hand brake and foot bar. But its about 7g's off the lot. And deffinitly won't end up like the 150

I think they are fun as hell. I have riden my buddies whos got a 440 big bore on it and its still under powered.

his is the sm version. so much fun on the street and around town.

but anything over 60-80 mph isnt fun anymore because thats about all shes got.

sitdowns all day like no bodys business.

definatly buy it used. one thing to consider is if I owned it my self i wouldnt have a license for longer than couple months cus the thing is so dam tempting in every situation.

and if your not givng into those temptations. it can get kind of boring and old after little while.

granted if I owned it I would take it to the track and run some motard races and pimp it in the lots too.

you either deal with it being underpowered or get a motard with power and take it apart once a week to rebuild it lol. they are fun as hell. nobody buys a motard to go 100 miles an hour. but i think my dads did about 95 give or take a few

 

Im in the market for one at the moment, dont care about speed, just needs to be mint to ride to the lot and back, and ive seen plenty of people killing them which is enough to gain my interest

 

That's just me personally I would rather buy a 5000 dollar used db put the parts I want on it and in the end I would have a nice db for that price and 2 gs could easily finish it and make it a great street/lot KILLA because your still going to have to get a jet kit on that drz... So mo money. That's just my 2 cents

 

I like that bike but remember barely legal ( josh ) had one and you can ask him for his feedback and all.

i agree this bike is just pure fun anywhere .... just needs a little more kick in it
