i just bought a f4i last week and it has inverted forks but no fender. i want to get one but i dont know if i have a 929 or 954 front end. how can i tell which i have? i asked the dude i bought the bike from but he bought it in the same condition.

hahaha we have a comedian, but i still dont know whether to sell the rest of the bike and buy a 954 or 929 to fit the front end. so jokes on you... i got jokes too. lol

the bikes are almost the same as far as using parts from one to the other...my 954 had blue tops to the folks

im riding with out one too ..i took mine of because only one tap was holding it..i do wanna get a new one thought..but my bike is a streetfighter so it dose not look too bad

it just doesnt look right tome without it, and there is also the thing about the brake lines getting caught in the tire. that seems like it might not be good

fenders are the exact same. I know this as a fact. you can always go on sited like bikebandit.com to cross referance part number. the quickest way to tell a 954 from the 929 is like the above post. 954 will have the blue top cap. that would be a for sure sign.
