Re: Can't wait for my FTI dual four piston setup!!
Got my dual four piston bracket on Monday! I didn't even want to put it on my bike. I wanted to hang it on my wall because it is a work of art! Seriously, the machine work and design of this thing is outstanding. It's show quality on a stuntbike! Mounted mine up, and it is now easier than stock to put on the rear wheel! It installs with no slack or play and it looks gangster as hell. There's something about buying a FTI product that always leaves me satisfied... And I'm not just talking about Bill's boyish good looks and unrelenting charm! Bill's products are well thought out and bulletproof. He believes that we deserve the best products available. Bill doesn't have to make these products for us, but he does, and we're lucky to have him. He supports us, and that's why I'll always support him. Thanks, Bill! Awesome product again at an unbelievable price!

Re: Can't wait for my FTI dual four piston setup!!
got the dual 4 piston on mine...went on like butter...seems alot easier than using hohey's bracket...
I did however have a problem with my brembo to make it work....seems i needed to add bell rays dot 5 as to not swell the seals and allow seapage..once we toyed with that, i cannot believe the braking power.....really nice set up.....
plus it looks hot!

Re: Can't wait for my FTI dual four piston setup!!
it was having issues with the dot 3,4, it's crazy cause the rest of the team uses that all around their bike and no problems....
the brake developed pressure as i was pumping it, however the bike was stationary..
as soon as i rolled the bike slowly foward (just flinstone power) i slowly squeezed the handbrake and would gradually loose all pressure..
I am using the 16x18....so the brembo tech rep reccomended a complete flush, then add the dot 5....purple stuff....this immedietly fixed the problem, now brake pressure is remaining the same and i have so much feel in the HB.... I spent hours witha vaccum line, changing pads, SS lines...when all i needed was better brake fluid...

Re: Can't wait for my FTI dual four piston setup!!
I've had a friend friend put dot5 in his and then his seals started leaking, which Brembo does not sell replacements for.
I've heard of others having similar problems, I'd never put dot5 in one. Rbf600 or bust.

Re: Can't wait for my FTI dual four piston setup!!
I have heard things about the 5. Heard 5.1 is better. I've always used the rbf600 too... That or the valvoline synthetic. The valvo has a pretty high boiling point and is less likely to absorb as much moisture as the rbf600.
