Protective Gear
Why in the world would anyone not wear protective gear, I mean I know I do not have a bike yet but I watch people wearing no gear do a tiny wheelie and run smack into the back of car with severe road rash (how they didn't get any on their head is amazing).
You know it'll hurt, you know it'll hurt less if you have protective gear so why wouldn't you wear it?
I am under the impression protective gear is good to have but maybe I am wrong. Afterall, I only went down and have scars all over my body after riding up from the river on the handlebars of my little tiny ATV back then when I was younger. I did have a helmet on, but lacked a shirt and gloves.. now have terrible scars on my knees and two scars on arms where you can see the gravel got scrapped across.

protective gear is like a condom...when it is all over you wish you were wearing it...but there is something about that feeling...uh you know like riding without a helmet on...but seriously to each their own...we all should wear gear but it is up to each individual to determine what's best for them.. would you not ride with your buddy if he decided to ride without a helmet?....if your gong to screw it, wrap it up before you do it!!!that's what I say...

if u don't mind meeting your maker u don't need a helmet.i crashed bad last year and if i did'nt have a helmet on i would be a vegtable.i seen 2 of my boys die last year.it ain't worth it.WEAR A F****N HELMET.

You guys have no idea...
I live in Florida, with 90 degrees in the summer.
The helmet and gear is almost unbearable... But I still
wear it. No questions about it...
Too many of my friends have been in accients w/o gear
and come out lookinīlike ****, seriously...
If you donīt have gear, then donīt ride...
Itīs too dangerous, you guys. Think about it before you leave home w/o, at least a helmet...
Think of all the people that care for you...
