on a site note, you CAN mix and match parts on a older bike and make it halfway sexy
My first bike, was a 1995 fzr600, tell I totalled it and purchased a 1989 frame.. Now my friend rolls around on a 1989 fzr600, with 10k miles, with a 03 r6 tail, 99 yfz gas tank, and lots of spray paint
(not 100% complete in pic, just almost there)
edit: oh ya, here is what that bike came from
