I think its possible to push yourself without wrecking. I think I only dropped my bike maybe three times in the 6 months or so it took me to learn circles. Never looped an endo either. I also ride a ttr so its pretty easy to save and I have a habit of sacrificing (sp) myself to save the bike, too.

I dunno... In the past 6 months that ive been workin on circles i put my bike down maybe 6 times and was stuck doin the same 180 then puttin the fort wheel down. But after hearing Tone tell me im being a ***** every ****** day I finally sacked it up and refused to put the wheel down. Instead if I had to id bring it to the 12 bar and in the last 2 weeks I have put my bike down a good 100 times (non to hard) BUT now I can yoke sets of 10-20 circles all day now and go from one foot in seat and other on rear peg to SS and back. And my clutch control has taken a huge step forward. And I bet by the end of this week ill get flamingos and/or nac-nac circles. So I agree to the statement but like dude said to a certain extent.

My uncle has been riding 5 years, never wrecked
IF you walk down the street, or go to any biker, and say "I don't wreck often, I only wrecked twice in the last 3 years" they would think your ******* nuts
It's just stunters think if they dont wreck 2 times in a day, they are doing good

100% truthI'll admit, I bite off everyones style, steal tricks, and learn garbage idle ****..
But I at LEAST was rocking mile long SS's before I ever got a HB, but never got SLOW off peg stuff
75% of people I run in that want to learn wheelies, say the same thing "I'm going to get a hand brake so I can ride good wheelies"

+1 some ***** on a brand new gixxer at the gas station the other day asked me how many times i wrecked that thing, I said I wreck all the damn time. He told me He'd been riding for years and had never wrecked haha so apparently he was waaayyyyyyyyyy better than me.
but theres a difference in wrecking out of stupidity... and wrecking because you are pushing your self. I wrecked hard as hell the other day, then after that I figured out what i did wrong and learned from it..... so after I crashed....I progressed....

yeah its always fun to flip highchair stoppies and suffer from spinal injury's when your 18
well there was only one way to learn that highchair stoppies have a lower bp than normal

if your talking about stunting and you only crash that much in 3 years i promise you aint learning ****! some are better then others naturally but all go down. i put my bike down pretty hard almost everyday. i will say this after 3 years of practice how good are you? what can you do?
ive been riding for 6months and rocking pretty good 200+ endos. working on circle combos and all kinds of strait line stuff.
i will say if i didnt go for it and eat **** a lot i would still be working on bp and turning circles.

**** it.... I ate **** and balled my bike up hardcore workin on coasters today. I pushed myself all day and got idle sitdowns and highchairs on lock and started to get circles workin. While working on coasters I had the rpms too high after reletting the clutch out and got rocketed back.
I haven't had my bike nearly as long as the people I ride with and I've gotten way better way faster then all of them but I wreck almost everytime I go out. If you're wrecking a lot it just means you're trying new stuff pushin yourself.
