My wife is Korean (from Seoul). We looked into it and found that there are a couple riders there. Couldn't dig up any contact information though. I'll be in Korea around the end of the year for a couple months. I plan on picking up a bike to keep fresh. I don't think I can stay off a bike if I'm healthy.

Go down to Taegyero, possibly spelled wrong. I was in Korea for 2 years. I got into stunting there. There was a stunter owned/opperated shop in Uijongbu but I don't remember how to get there. Taegyero is the bike market. You can hop in a cab in Seoul and tell them to go there. You'll see bikes with 12 bars and cages, lots of posers so look for the ones with scrape marks on the 12 bars.
There was a group of stunters that used to hang out in Dongdaemun by the Baskin Robbins back around 05-06 and Hongdae park had a small group, I was one of them. lol
You can get bikes dirt cheap all day long in the bike district. Bring a pic of a stunt bike and all the shop owners will point you in the right direction. I'll check with my bro and see if he remembers any details.

It's all in Seoul. I have a friend that teaches English in Busan if you need a translator. lol
I don't remember where Kunsan is exactly but I think it's a 1:30hr ride on the bus..learn to use the subway or shell out cash for a cab, it's faster.
I was in Dongduchon, about the same distance from Seoul in the other direction.
All you have to do is find Dongdaemun Stadium, it's the huge international soccer stadium. From there hop a cab and say "Odishee, Autobike Jusaeo" and the cab driver will take you right to the bike district.
