Clip ons

Ey i got vortex clip ons on my 636, when i turn they hit my upper stay and i can turn the handle bars but not all the way. How can i fix this ****? Please Help

yea dude im ****** serious... i got to cut it but i've see other bikes that dont have it cut and they ride good or so they appear so...

when mine was FF all i did was turn them out to all past stock. u have then turned out too far. pull them in some till ur not hitting the fairing. or ur gonna have to cut it.

honestly if you just pull them back in till they don't hit it you will be fine. takes a few min. to get used to it but once u do its not bad.

whats the point in buying vortex clipons if ur just gunna have them in the stock position? i have stock clipons and i dont see any reason to change them... unless i brake one.

to each their own. honestly. its like db's some people like them some dont. i like mine turned out a lil bit so i can run FF but if im SF i turn them straight out.

I just left them turned out like they were and i cut the front fairin bout 2 in, it good now. But control wise yea its better than stock, they sit higher. Like the man said they kinda dbs.
