handbrake= sore hand... any tips

So Im learning to use my handbrake. Im two fingering the handbrake and clutch and have pretty good control with the handbrake sofar but as soon as im in a wheelie and two fingering the clutch and handbrake my arm is sore as ****. It feels like im not really holding on to the bars this way and my hand almost feels like it wants to slide off the grip.

Is there any excersizes anyone does to help strenghten their left hand or what? I can feel my hand getting more used to it as I practice but if anyone has anything they do to help please let me know...
Thanks.

youre just not used to only holding the bar with two fingers yet , you will get used to it but if you start getting arm pump chill for a minute so you dont kill your self

im sure it happens to alot of us when we start. i just got into lots a few weeks ago and 15 min of riding and my hand would be done. id feel like i couldnt even pull in the HB i was so tired...you will get used to it. just take random 10-15 min breaks and then hop back on!

hell no , it's easier to pull in the clutch then it is to hammer the hand brake so i would want my hand brake lower

i found it alot easier to learn SS by starting fagdrag once smooth learn to use the handbrake smoothly without your foot,once you comfortable with its feal go to SS,or climb to it from the sitdown,its alot more simple then it sounds

only time i ever mouse trapped is when i wasnt watching my gas level

My clutch lever is about level not really pointing down like i would like it to. I got a magural 13mm and the clutch and handbrake fit together real nice. Its just I cant have the handbrake pointing to far down cause the bottom of the banjo bolt hit hits my ram air cover if it is any lower. Ill play around with it maybe cut part of my ram air cover or something to clear it.

I wasn't saying it like I knew... I put ? marks there because I didn't know... My bad.. I was basing my assumption on that pic of you doing a HC and I think you had 2 fingers on the HB.. Thats why I was like, can you feather the clutch if you need to like that?

Anyways, I hit you up today to ride... Not sure if you got the text.. I had to leave early though cause my fan wasn't comin on... Bike was at like 240 the whole time... Gonna rig it tomorrow and go out about 7pm if your down?
