Looking to setup a round bar if possible? Welder
Any special mods needed, oil pickup? No

A guy told me you can put the XB9's gearing on it. Anyone tried this?

I have never heard of anyone doing that but sounds like a good idea

i would think somewhere in the rpm range that it smooths out. my friend is swapping to chain drive and putting a 70 tooth on. put dirt bike bars and pegs on the axles. and the pucks on the frame. on the front motor mount next he is going to build a aluminum bar that shoots out both sides so it will hit that and break befor something else. and i ment good luck stunting that thing stock. you can wheelie it but circles

Well Bill from FullThrottle said it was easy mod for the gearing in the engine itself but my buddy is out with it right now doing circles and no handers, once he figure out how to put up the idle everything was fine, and the bike doesn't seem like it wants to stall. I don't think we will need to change the gearing at all the belt seems nice and smooth. I think this is gonna be a killer stunt bike if we dont **** the frame and blow it up cause the gas is in the frame lol

This is an XB9 city cross but they are prety much the same bike. 70t chain drive, dbars, and aluminum 12 bar are the way to go. This is the first streetbike i stunted and it was sweet for burnouts and straight wheelies! Circles were awkward though.

That must be a XB900 eh? We ordered those rubber things for the frame and they didn't fit the 1200

Yeah well we ordered ones for the XB12S hope that one fits or else we will just send it back. What do you think about the Powers cage. We were gonna buy a used one, we don't plan on dropping it much but a cage is better than none I guess.
