Re: indoor stunt park in Michigan
When your body cools down, it shuts off blood flow to your hands/feet to keep your body warm..
Working construction all winter I learned how to stay warm. At first I'd be wearing 3 pairs of gloves and my fingers were still ice cold.. But once I wore proper clothes, I only needed 1 pair of gloves and I was still sweating half the time
I ride my bike over driving my car down to 20f, as long as it's not snowing or raining lol

Michigan winters suck,I hope someone can make this happen in a cost effective way so it's good for everyone,I would def load up my bike at least 4-5 times a week and pay to ride during the winter. As long as the price to ride isn't outrageous

No doubt, we were riding inside a garage bay, at an indoor show a few weeks ago. The exhaust gets sickening after a while, there were 4 of us at one point after the show, each taking turns just clutching up into circles, and after about a half hour of that, I couldnt deal with the fumes, **** gets harsh, makes ya lightheaded, headaches etc.
The thing you would need would be some highpowered exhaust fans for sure, or try to rent a floor of a parking garage .....
But this 25K a month rent your talking is ridiculous! We had a shop and the rent was 2,500 a month, and just coming up with that, and paying the other bills, electricity,etc.. it was tough with a repair shop. The liability insurance is gonna be very high, you will have to obtain permits as well. You need to have low overhead thats key!, and 25K a month without an established customer base etc.. is foolish.....
How I might have approached this is, First see if the property can be held for a certain length of time, with no commitment to rent. Post up on here stuntride.com, any local motorcycle forums, local shops in the area. etc.. find out how many people want to sign up, get a credit card # to confirm it, (but dont charge it). Do that for a month, if you had 25,000 $ or more, that will give you a basic perspective on if there is a local / national market for your Indoor stunt park. If you dont get to the amount , you can wash your hands and walk away.
Just make sure you contact every person individually either way, so that noone thinks there getting scammed. Anyways I guess I got off on writing rant, good luck on whatever you guys decide to do...I would pay seasonal dues at a local indoor spot during the winter and rainy days it would be golden

Again, it is no different then any of the tons of indoor motocross tracks that have popped up throughout the snowbelt. I'd say that is the least of his worries.

have u seen the size of those indoor buildings? theyre HUGE. much much biggger than he'd need for any indoor stunt area. the high powered exhaust fans they use and the actual rent or cost of one of those buildings he could whipe his *** wit that $250k.

Re: indoor stunt park in Michigan
I'm not talking supercross and arenacross ****. I'm talking about "local" tracks, the tracks owned by clubs and regional promotors. I have rode on a few of these tracks over the years and many of them are not very big at all. Definately no bigger then a warehouse or cross docking station.
