indoor stunt park in Michigan

Re: indoor stunt park in Michigan
As someone that spent numerous winters riding in 25 degrees I would pay around $50-$75 for a weekend pass (similar to snowboarding), but at that price I wouldn't be doing it every weekend, would also depend on location. Closer to AA or Detroit is would be ideal based on concentration of stunt riders .... If you did something like $250 for December, Januay, February pass that would be feasible also.
Realistically, if I had a good local spot that I could pay a monthly fee and could stunt at a couple times a week without ever worrying about cops and be 100% legal, I would do it as well.
25K a month at say a monthly pass of $100 for a couple days a week would = 250 stunters. Do you have 250 stunters in your area?
Another idea would be to sell food as well. You could also hold private lessons as well for a respectful price.
Just some ideas.

Here in NM no worries... I once saw 2 feet of snow that lasted for a week. must have been almost 10 years ago. sorry guys.
But my 2 cents says, why not a lot w/ a roof? maybe drift barriers to keep the snow from blowing in too much. I can't even guess at the logistics of it but I'd think that would be much chea... I mean more cost effective.

it would have to be a huggge ******* building too..even when some ridewrs have hit up arenas for shows it seems like they are very limited in what they can do and the amount of space they have to do it in

There are no shortages of huge empty buildings in the D. Hell look how big the train station is and a bunch of bums live in it now.

just pour a huge lot then build a polebarn over it but seriously your talking sum $$$$$$, just to pour a 50 yard x 50 yard concrete slab which has to be a minum of 4" thich your talking about $50000 easy and if you go blacktop or assfault you will be having to seal and fix it all the time and its not really that much cheaper just my and trust me my bro runs a concrete business and we have looked into it....***** not cheap
