Why don't YOU provide a VALID argument and tell me how a "throttle twisting" motion is so important to a motorcycle rider, since the effort required to TWIST a throttle grip is nil ??

How do YOU know I have'nt tried that technique? WHO is being ignorant? I made several valid points and thats talking out of my ***. Okay man whatever you say.

Like I said....."TRY IT!"
If your technique is so "VALID"......why not try the competition?
Ignorance is bliss, isn't it!?!

When starting out with light weight and working on a solid form, they're not too bad.
My weekly deadlift goes like this: 225x15 275x12 315x12 365x10 405x3
Grip is the only factor which makes deadlifting heavier weight difficult, hence why forearms get blown out! I also don't use straps, just mechanix gloves.
Girls dont like men with chicken arms anyways.

I'll use straps to break a plateau, but not everytime.

Re: Best forearm workout for stuntin...
So......Armenian quit playing, BUT.....I'll still state some "VALID" points for this technique...
1) As we ride, we are constantly changing positions....our hands do the same. This technique strengthens each finger individually as you twist the "silly little broomstick" to reel in the 5 pound weight each finger must release and re-grip many many times throughout the workout.
2) This workout is done in two sets, one turning the bar clockwise, and one counterclockwise, which works both the upper and lower forearms, where as a deadlift will focus mainly on lower forearm muscles.
3) Once the weights starts to lift off the ground, 5 pounds doesn't sound like much, but keeping your arms straight and continuing to "reel in" the weight gives an incredible workout. Each time you twist the "silly little broomstick", that individual forearm is gripping and twisting a 5 pound weight.
4)This is an isolation exercise....it focuses solely on the muscles that are responsible for "gripping", as well as "twisting". In this exercise, the twisting motion acts as a "curl" for the muscle being worked.......in a nutshell, this exercise is a long series of forearm curls, working both the upper and lower, if a routine of both directions is followed.
in other words.....Good ****!
If you haven't tried it, Armenian......give it a shot, man. Just trying to help everyone out!

Work on friends bikes/cars/computers for money
I at least try to ride any/all of my bikes 30+ minutes a day
+1
I love to ride dirt just as much as street
I can spend 10 hours in the trails, whereas a couple hours in a parking lot I'm bored
Dirt bike gives me one hell of a workout!

I'd spend all day on the streets if I didn't have to worry about cops
And you missed my post where I said I don't have a job and ride everyday
