Re: next upgrade?

I'm using water wetter and coolanol coolant,it was kinda hot yesterday at the lot,my f4i was runnin at 220-230 all day but i was pushin it pretty hard with idle at 3000.Alot of peeps notice a difference but I really can't say i did.my next mod is gonna have to be a second fan,One push, other pull. And did you do a ez pull clutch lever or clutch arm mod?I can 1 finger clutch all day and I got weak little baby fingers.

don't make one push, that'll just block natural air flow

On a f4i, you can fit 2 fans behind the radiator... It takes a little 'rigging' but you can do it.

My friend has 2 on his f4i, and its dope!

btw 230 is normal.. Up to 235 is perfectly fine
It's just when it keeps rising above 230 that you have problems

The fan doesn't even come on tell 228-230ish

how hot is 'pretty warm'? 200f is normal operating temperature

ONly need to worry when your above 230

Also, water wetter, IMO, isn't anything special... It's just used as an antifreeze replacement.
You'd probably notice a difference just from flushing your coolant, and putting in a 25/75-50/50 antifreeze/water mix

Cool, thanks, I didn't think bout that,so you can fit two of the stock sized fans on the f4ez.

It's the easiest mod you can do,buy a ez pull lever(got mine at atv/mx store $20-50)take off stock clutch lever, put on ez-pull lever,done.e-bay has em too.

NO,follow your clutch cable from your lever all the way to the case on the motor, there is a arm that the cable is connected to.thats how the cable works your clutch plates,if you take off the cable, cut the arm, weld a piece in the middle(making it a lil longer)that equals more leverage, inturn givin you an even eaiser pull.def have someone who knows what they are doin, shitty welds can break then your gonna be hurtin,if ya cant do it,the ez pull lever should work good for ya though.there is a post on here somewhere to bolt on an extension if you can't weld.

Also everything will feel a lil goofy when you first try it,when you start to relax and find bal point on different tricks you'll wonder why you were so nervous.I'm still nervous bout alot of ****,Just push past it.One day it'll just click.

Re: next upgrade?

omr subcage moves them out and back 3 inches. The rr's peg position sucks...
