Snapped brake line

Wow. I got lucky and my foot brake line snapped right after I finished some no handers at a show today. Very Not awesome. Could have been bad..

Anyway, I know I'm not the only one who has snapped a galfer rear brake line..
So beware.. And take care!

Re: Snapped brake line

At the fitting. And ofcourse I can't go without riding, and no one has any kawi lines instock, so I end up with a 42 dollar 07 1000rr Galfer line.

On a side note, anyone wannna buy a 07 and up 1000rr rear brake line? :-)

Re: Snapped brake line

when you're a axe swinging throttle junkie circle molester that is better with the brake in high chair circles than most people are on two wheels....(apex, ernie, kyle etc.) it doesn't suprise me you guys snap brake lines. they can only handle so much gangsterness.

Galfer die!

Re: Snapped brake line

i run galifers and im not a big stunter but im a track rider / aggressive street. ive yet to have a problem in 4 years with them on my r6. i know a bunch of racers also that run galifer and they havent had an issue. i know someone said 4 have broken.... out of 1000000 that they have sold lol. you may have been unlucky. im glad that you didnt get hurt or into any dangerous issues.
