cbr f3 troubles

I took off my gauge cluster and when i went to start my bike it acted like i had no power at all. I tryed hooking up a fresh battery and still had nothing. I didnt cut any wires, but was wondering if anyone had had similiar problems when stripping there bike.

Re: cbr f3 troubles

I hope someone posts up here. Because I always forget the colors. But when you remove the guages on an f3(I stunted one for YEARS), you have to cut a wire and ground it out. It's off the top wire piece. The slide in thing on the guages. The one that goes up top. But search my past posts if ya need. I'm not doin the work. Not even a month or 2 ago this came up. Maybe a little longer. But I posted the wrong color and someone corrected me. So the correct color is in a thread I posted in not too long ago. title is similar about a f3. Good luck. Pink and green I think.
