got no spark!!!
can anyone find a pissing wiring diagram for a 1986 suzuki LT 230 quad?? i traced all the wires back and theres not one problem tryed a few different coils tryed a few different CDI's and still nothing

take out the spark plug and smash the finger at the end down flat with a hammer. its not supposed to have any gap should fire right up after you do that. make sure its a good size hammer

if someone did that you could tell them to put there lips on a valve stem and start to blow real hard..

check your pickup coil. or otherwise known as a pulser coil, or trigger coil. make sure all fuses are good as well.

could be the pulse generator, check it with a multimeter... if you get no resistance its most likely bad. If thats not the problem you may have a crispy coil on the stator.... look for a whole stator on ebay.
