Inercoat clear gets reduced. No hardner. The inercoat clear I use calls for a certin reducer. The dude labled the reducer with a ppg lable and the reducer is actuly HOK. So it a had very bad reaction

dude I had the same thing happen to me. Best way to strip it down is aircraft remover. It will strip all that fresh paint right off with no problem. You wont even have to sand again the aircraft remover works wonders.
