Ez-pull box??

My fingers have been getting tired from clutchin the bike alot so i decided to run the ez pull box with the ez pull lever but right before i put it on two of my boys told me they are known for snapping. The last thing i need is a clutch cable snapping while im coastin or some ****. So lemme know what u all have heard.....

Re: Ez-pull box??

They are made for dirt bikes, they snap on sport bikes.

Run one if you don't care about your clutch cable breaking regularly

Just do the clutch arm mod.. It wont ever break if you can weld halfway decent

Re: Ez-pull box??

Id get rid of the box. I had it on my bike when I was a complete squid and snapped 2 cables - luckily since I was sooo squidly and could barely wheelie, I was on 2 wheels both times it happened. Do the clutch arm mod and run an ez pull lever and it'll be the same as the box and a lever.

Re: Ez-pull box??

I hear about all these cables snapping, but I had one on my last gsxr and it worked great.. never snapped.... I just put one on this bike, and its doing just fine.... I have to admit that the clutch is still hard as **** to pull in so Im going to do the clutch mod as well, but I think I will keep my box....

It's a hit and miss thing with those boxes , just get a new clutch cable and a easy pull and u should be golden.

Re: Ez-pull box??
