if u have the front end save it till u bend ur stock one, i hear they bend easy,,, i still have my stock front end and still rip 2-300+ foot stoppies, but i have a 929 to and that front end is bad *** and that bike does good stoppies, all im sayin is if ur good at stoppies it dosent matter what front end u have but the 929 with the hohey tripple is pimp.. thats what im doing to mine when my front end takes a ****

Re: f4i front end mod

bigger brakes and better suspension , the stock f4i forks are pretty good when maintained but they do flex front to back more than an inverted set of forks would

Re: f4i front end mod

oh and +1 on the ho hey top tripple cause the 929 forks are a little shorter than the f4i forks and the ho hey tripple allows you to lower the forks to make up the difference

Re: f4i front end mod

I was rollin 400ft on stock f4i forks and then I went to Rc51 and they didnt really add much distance right away but they felt way more solid and in the long run I think they helped alot. I wouldnt waste my money unless your getting a real good deal or your getting pretty good at stoppies.
1000rr fork tubes will work but I would run 929 triples becuase 1000rr are different and you wont be able to run a hohey triple with 1000rr bottom triple.
