Then I need to order the Top Triple Tree $ 250.00 , Dirt Bike Bar Riser Adapters $25.00 , then the bars $80.00, break lines and so on. Seem like a lot of **** to order. When that conversion kit comes with it all for $189.00. but that **** wont work is that what you are saying ?

03 04 636 tripple, shave out the middle of the tripple a little and drill out the locking key mechanism and everything will bolt right up and you can drill into that one

Re: dirt bike bar mount

I would ride a bike that already has scary gary bars before you order them. They are a SUPER weird bend of bars. I, personally, hate them. They have a ton of pullback that puts pressure on your wrists..... just my $.02

Re: dirt bike bar mount

I will see if I have some of my buddy's old bike that had them. They are absolutely horrrible in my book. IF you want some good/neutral bends of bars go with the Renthal KTM bend, CR low bend, Pro taper carmichael bend. Those are the 3 I really like. The aren't super tall, have a minimal rise, and have very little to medium pullback.

Re: dirt bike bar mount

Ok cool thanks man. Now how the hell am I going to get the risers mounted on this gay triple clamp? ordering a 03/04 triple and making it work is going to cost a least another 100.00 BUCKS , now I could just order the hohey and then the risers and then bars and break lines is there no cheap way ?
I always just flip the clip ons on my other bikes but im not getting any younger and I would like to get a little higher riding position.
