That is very reasonable. I know it's a joke, but this would work great. Think about the street killing DVD's you could buy! How dare you get me all excited imagining this joke as a reality!

Awwwwww. Man i knew something was up when i seen the date "by 2009" I was like it should already be in effect and that ticket i got a week ago is bunk.... Then i read the bottom and the horrible truth showed itself.... APRIL FOOLS LOL nice

you *******! i was really really excited. i dont understand the problem when you are goin the speed limit and everything. think most lawmakers just dont understand woolies in general and cops are pissed cause they cant do them

Am I the only one that never even considered the fact that this may be true? They would never make wheelies legal. I think it does add to the fun though, until you get caught.
