danger dave is right... seat belt tickets should be obsolete honestly... Its called natural selection for a reason... all they are doing is making it safer for the retards.... get rid of seat belts and mount a ******* 12 inch long steel spike in steering wheels... then people will stop driving like ***** and we could spend our tax dollars on something else besides traffic officers.... seriously...
