Re: Dirt bar setup help
oops, forgot to tell u those are likely too short also, running db bars u have to use the lowest bend possible and cut the width a bit. I use o run pro taper universal low or woods low and they barley fit!

Re: Dirt bar setup help
your throttle cable and clutch cable should be ok. my throttle cable will kinda stick when you turn it to the right. otherwise its ok. both your hb and front brake line are gonna have to be longer. go ahead and get some steal braded lines. all you have to do with throttle cable is move it around and adjust it a little.
i got pro tapers and drilled stock triple.

Re: Dirt bar setup help
Rout the throttle cable under the airbox out the right side of the bike and you will have plenty of length. Brake lines you need to buy a 28inch and a 30inch or if you don't want to run the cross over line like I didn't, you want a 30inch and a 32inch. Clutch cable shouldn't have to do anything it has plenty of length as is.

Re: Dirt bar setup help
When I built my first 03' 636 all I had to do is buy new brake lines. And I know it looks like the cables would catch on the damper, but actually never did unless handle bars were completely locked out.
Man I miss that bike.
