Wheelies

Does anyone else have a 2005 GSX-R600? And having trouble getting the back tire to grip when doing clutch wheelies?

Re: Wheelies

like a tired issue or your its just too cold and you need to warm the tire up a bit before hand

Sillyneck is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: Wheelies

oh man... i remember when tires didn't hook up and I didn't know why.

cold
pressure
technique.

Technique is the biggest problem. The way you put the power to the ground is the most important aspect. When you're learning, your clutch action sucks. I don't care who you are... you're not doing it right. Yeaaaaaahhhhh you might have every damn thing to make the bike work awesome right out of the gate so lots of newbs think they are rad...

Limited gearing, high pressure, cold weather, bad clutch action, and the way you load the bike with your weight = crash and burn video tape it!

I love mine, subframes are kinda weak, but other than that its a tank. good power. predictable and easy to find BP....Everyone loves f4i and 636'd (myself included) but i think the 04-05 gsxrs arent to far off of those 2.

Re: Wheelies

my gsxr was fallin apart faster than i could throw my leg over it. Get some jb weld, an oil pickup. Those gorilla zip ties, and a fresh master card and itll be great...
