'Effin looped it!!! =/
Hey guys hows it going??
I'm actually quite new to the forum and have found lots of very useful advice online. I'm currently riding a streetfightered '05 R6. Yesterday wasn't that great of a day... Not only was the bike acting up as far as a dying battery but, i ended up looping the last wheelie of the day!!
I was out with a couple of buddies at a local parking lot and had already decided to call it quits as far as wheelies were concerned since i wasted my 3 month old Pirelli. Wires exposed and ****. Anyhow, i got rather heated up when my buddy was able to nail some pretty nice 12's on that wasted tire. So i decided to give it a few more ups and downs with some stand ups on the parking lot. First time around spun out the tire, second time got a half decent 10-11 o clock, and the last time around...well you know.
Bike was straight up at 12, and having it being my first time at the balance point, i freaked and totally forgot where the rear brake was.
So much for all the practice learning to use the rear brake
I ended up quite ok with a jacked up knee and some rash on my shoulder but the bike was quite a different story. Unfortunately i hadnt put on the 12 bar... subframe was fine but the tail is cracked..not a big deal. Scraped the exhaust tip and broke my front rim. I'll be set back a week or two but once i get that 12 bar on, i'll be back out riding

Keep working on that rear brake control. I just learned it fully about 2 weeks ago and now I've improved so much. It took me almost 6 months to fully master so just take your time.

Hahaha!! Thats exactly what I said! The entire time we were there, my buddy's girl was filming. Apparently the battery died just moments before the accident. You can imagine how sad that made me feel. But i'll post up some pics soon

Re: 'Effin looped it!!! =/
Well, i'm not neccesarily new to stunting or wheelies....I've been riding about 4 years. And got into stunting a year ago. My Buell makes for an excellent stunt bike.....when the POS WORKS!!! Always leaking and the ******* header keeps coming loose from the block. Had the dealer fix that 4 times already.
But yea, returning to sprockets... I have actually been getting quite good at clutching up with stock but quite a few ppl recommended getting a bigger sprocket for slower woolies and more torque. So maybe holding off on that sprocket would be a good idea....

You should be glad that ur 12 bar wasn't on there ur subframe would have snapped! Don't put that 12 bar on until u atleast have brake control down. Or get your self a aftermarket subframe or atleast brace that one..
