Arm pump anyone?

Alright boys, Im posting this because im curious to see who all gets arm pump and if so whats a good way to heal it? And what can you do to prevent it from happening again. I get arm pump so bad sometimes I'm not even able to pull my clutch in at all. Its aggrevating when your out all day killing the lot and half way through the day your arm ****** kills, And then the next day is 100 times worse. Could it possibly be the bar and lever set-up?

Re: Arm pump anyone?

My **** was crazy hard to pull(clutch) got a bike with the clutch line as kink free as possible and an ez-pull and its 100 times better...if you work out at the end get a dumbell and squeeze it hella hard for like 20 seconds release and do that again several times helps your arms get used to it....google forarm workouts **** like that

Practice more, and get one of those things you squeeze to work out your forarm. That thing helped me out a lot.

+1 on the EZ pull if you dont have one.

Re: Arm pump anyone?

I used to get it really bad, but I don't anymore? I guess I just kinda got used to it? I don't have an easy pull clutch so I get a work out the whole time I'm riding... People tend to think I wack off with my left arm (Popeye Syndrom) LoL but I swear to them I'm right handed!!

jerk off everyday, and soon your arm will be strong enough

but really if you practice enough you will get used to it. same thing used to happen to me, but it's not as bad as before.

ya man arm pump is a bitch. everyone is right more seat time should cure it all. seeing as how your from a northern state your gonna get it your first couple of times out. somthing to make sure of to is to keep yourself hydrated. if your dehydrated your lactic acid builds up much faster and your toast.
