Re: Arm pump anyone?

I take 2 excedrin back & muscles right before I ride and it makes me feel a lot better. I have girlie hands and arms so they start getting arm pump right away. lol

Re: Arm pump anyone?

y not just work out? Taking pain killers is just covering the problem. hell get a 50 and ride a 50 mx track, you can build one in your back yard! i get sore for the first week of riding street. Transfer from snowmobiles in the winter to street and dirt in the spring and summer. Sleds give you hella arm pump!

Re: Arm pump anyone?

In the lot I don't get it, a little strain on my 2 fingers. Tried my clipons straight out once and it was instant forearm pump, put them back where I like them. Otherwise after about a mile and a half staggered it starts, riding allover allday. Getting stronger though same fatigue happens closer to 2 miles.

Re: Arm pump anyone?

Go to Dick's sporting goods and get the "grip master" $14.99,use it everyday and you'll be golden, each finger has an individual spring, helps with finger dexterity also for using 1 finger clutch and your hb.they make 3 different tension settings, light, medium, and hard tension

Its aggrevating when your out all day killing the lot and half way through the day your arm ****** kills, And then the next day is 100 times worse. Could it possibly be the bar and lever set-up?
ride more. make sure you are breathing when you are riding and stay relaxed. quit tensing up. and a ez pull will help.

eat lemons..drink lemon juice. i think the acid in the fruit counters the lactic acid from building up...which causes the arm pump

jsteezy hit it on the money I ride dirt street and im a mechanic hands are very important if you want to get better sodas put carbon dioxide in blood fatigue sets in early ride often you will have to condition your hands like body increase in increments if their muscles will be sore make sure before you ride stretch hands helps to relax and get the acid out i ride 5 times a week 4 to 8hrs a day push to 12hrs every once in a while hope this helps some guys take breaks every 30 mins i usually ride 2hr intervals to each is own

lemons...never thought of that..I know banannas are good as well... arm pump is due to lactic acid buildup

Yo ive raced moto for like 9 years and still get arm pump when stuntin sometimes. I think its cause u use ur two fingers so much. I hate it but not enough to get surgery to fix it.
