Re: charges/fines for wheelie in NC?
We got busted in Gates County, NC back in 2002 for parking and wheelying on an old country road. They called it "Pre-Arranged Speed Competition" and "Reckless Driving To Endanger"
After they impounded all 6 of our bikes, we got released on 500 dollar bonds and had to go to court about 3 months later. We got off easy with no jail time but had to pay some fines and the cost for having our bikes in their impound lot for 3 months.
Your best bet would be to move to Texas. You can wheelie down the interstate all day long.
