I know it will fit and have no issues if you are streetfightered. I think you would have problems getting it to fit if youre full fairing though. Im not 100% on that though.
You will have to run a switch for your fan though, but thats easy to hook up. Unplug the connecter on the left side of your 03/04 radiator. That connecter has 2 wires going to it. Those are the 2 wires that when connected make the fan run. There are several ways to do this, but I wouldnt cut the connector off in case you end up going back to an 03/04 radiator later.

Thanks Compton but which way should i go then??I could probable have the fan turn on with the key or cut the wires like you said?? Im sure if i were to cut the connector off and decided to go back with the 03/04 rad i can just reconnect it all back together as long as i save the connector. Anyways is it better to just have the fan connected to the igniton (where it is on at all times)?? if so how exacly do i connect the wires, im just a little confused with teh wiring

I cut the wires on mine and just put a switch on those 2 wires. You just gotta remember to flip it when you ride. I didnt want to tell you to cut the wires and then you get pissed later if you went back to an 03/04 radiator. If youre going to cut them make sure to do it so you have enough on both sides to reconnect them later.
It would be fairly simple to make it turn on with the ignition, just gotta make sure what you connect it to only has power when the ignition is on.
