Ever have a shoelace tie you down at a standstill?

Ever have a shoelace tie you down at a standstill? I was just at a traffic stop and I must say I was lucky with no cage yet, but damn I never felt so embarrassed in my life.

my lace was caught in my rearset and did a 180 stoppie. When I went to catch myself with my foot it was stuck and the bike fell on me making my leg all black and blue

I've never had a shoe lace get caught and cause me to fall b/c I ware boots with no laces. But I have had my pant leg get caught and I fell like a big as idiot in front of crowd at night club. It sucked, there is no saving that one, just get up and ride away in shame.

Re: Ever have a shoelace tie you down at a standstill?

I was coming to a stop at a light and I went to put my left foot down but the lace was caught on the rear set. I leaned as far over to the right that I could and just barely kept the bike from falling over. Had the right foot down and shook loose my left leg. Looked around to make no one was looking either hahaha

Re: Ever have a shoelace tie you down at a standstill?

First couple weeks I got my bike I threw on these shoes I normally don't ride with, they had longer laces, got caught in the shifter. Went to put my foot down and got that woah! then the lace came undone and I saved it! Good for me for not knowing how to tie my shoes tight.
